Thanks Susan!! I use Twinlab Daily One. I buy it from Vitacost.com ( http://www.vitacost.com/Twinlab-Daily-One ) for $18.89 for 180 capsules. One of the only capsule multi vitamins I have found. They are large but easy to take. (Note: Took less then 60 seconds in PLAIN luke warm tap water to break open and dissolve.) They also make the same vitamin with iron but I take the one without. Everything I take is a capsule or gel cap except B12. Can NOT hack down chewables ew ew ew. Thanks again!! *huggles* Felicia =0)
