Topic: RE: Vitamins
I take "Trader Joe's" multi vitamin chewables and a sublingual B-12. The doc only told me to take the multi vitamin. I am doing the B-12 on my own. I stayed with the chewables because I kind of like the flavor... weird, I know.
Topic: Vitamins
I'm courious as to what brands of vitamins people are taking. I am just feeling like mine aren't working very well. I'll know more next week when my blood work comes back from my 1 year check up, but I seem to be tired alot lately and I am wondering if I'm not absorbing the vitamins like I should be. I have tried breaking them in half to hopefully help with it since they are coated but that seems to be harder to get down and I gag. Anyone taking any vitamins specifically for WLS? I have tried liquid multi vitamins but the taste is horrible.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

I don't see seafood on here! I am loving red snapper, crab, shrimp, scallops, tuna, etc. I do a lot of stir fry for different flavors in small amounts. I also make soups and stews, since the weather is cooler and they are so yummy -- and they freeze well. I agree that we have to keep things interesting or the Halloween candy will call my name!

Holly,
my thoghts and prayers are with you and your family. It's never easy losing someone you love. Just be thankful that she passed peacefully and didn't suffer. I know she was proud of your great accomplishment w/ this great surgery.
Just try to keep strong, it's hard I know, and know that we're here for you.

Hi Dawn! Good to hear from you. I love the photo of the sunset, and the one of you and your hubby in the cafe. What a wonderful vacation!
I agree - we just trust the surgeons and nutritionists and keep working. I know that some people lose all their weight in 6-8 months while others (like you and me) just take longer. As long as I am continuing to lose and feel great, I am a happy camper!
You look marvelous!

I'll keep your family in my prayers.

Oh Holly!
I am so sorry for your loss.
I am glad that she was/is at peace, but I also know how hard it can be on those left behind.
I am thinking of you and wishing you peace also.
Sending love,
