Hi Everyone I have not a pound in since september I am still 20 pounds from where I would like to be. I have lost about 55 pounds and am stuck and very mad. It is nice to read you all have had luck with this band. I am too but would like to lose atlest 10 more . I a felling sorry for my self right now .Think's for listening..Judy (p.s. I remember hearing that the boards would get much quieter at one year out, because people are just busy living their new lives! I see that happening here, and I am happy for each and every one of you. I'm learning maintenance. It is an interesting journey. My dietician has given me some good advice, but it's going to be an exercise in trial and error. Happy New Year, everyone!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! It is FREEZING here in NW PA.....and we do have a little bit of snow.....so, it looks like we will have a "white" Christmas after all!!! It rained the last couple of days and was in the mid 50's, so all the snow we received last weekend melted!! Have a wonderful Christmas!!! Hugs, Holly
