Topic: RE: Yearly PCP appointment..
The problem is that you need you PCP for the plastic surgery. It is best to get one who is on your side in this rather than one who will fight your claim. I had a similar issue pre-op with the RYN surgery I had to really fight to get statments and documentation if I had it to do over I would have gotten another PCP and fought with just the insurance co. not both of them.

Good Morning. I try to weigh myself once a month only because for awhile there I was obessed with the scale.
Highest Pre-surgery weight: 291 (BMI 54)
Day of Surgery: 274
Today: 187 (BMI 35.3)
I am lossing an average of 6lbs a month without really trying.
Topic: RE: Cheating?
It's great to have such a supportive site! I have found lately that I can eat anything I want just not a lot of it. Right now this is good but I do worry about how I will handle it when I can eat larger and larger portions. I would hate to think of my self as having to diet all the time....
Topic: RE: Deciding on your goal weight - your "stopping point"
This is a hard question for me because I like the weight I am at now. I am 5 '1 and 187lbs (-100 lbs). This however will change because I am only 9 months post surgery.
So in conclusion------------ I am at goal everything else is gravy

I am so excited, the scale this morning said 165lbs!! That's 103lbs gone forever since surgery. Thank God for this day, I thought it would never come!!
