Topic: Low Carb Pizza Recipe
I tried this Pizza recipe the other night and it was wonderful. It has almost no carbs since there is no bread for crust. I split the crust receipe into 2 cake pans. My 11 year old daughter made a traditional pizza with pizza sauce, pepperoni and sausage. I like "white" pizza, so I made mine with chopped garlic, fresh spinach, portabellas, shrimp and fake crab meat. It was very yummy and my cake pan made 4 pieces, I had one for lunch yesterday and have 2 left. She ate 2 that evening and the other 2 for lunch and she loved it! The cheese forms kind of a crispy "pizza" crust. Deep Dish Quiche Pizza 4 servings (I got 8 out of mine) Crust Ingredients: 4 ounces cream cheese (I used low fat) Three eggs 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1/3 cup heavy cream 1/2 teaspoon oregano 2 cups shredded Italian cheese (mozzarella, romano, parm mix - or your choice--I used 2%) 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Top with: 1/4 cup low sugar or sugar free pizza sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella (2%) pizza toppings of your choosing Preparation Method: 1) Beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, parmesan and spice. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. 2) Put 2-cups Italian cheeses in dish and pour egg mixture over. "Squish" around to mix. Bake at 375-degrees for 30-40 minutes until well browned. 3) Remove from oven and cool for about 5 min. Spread on pizza sauce, sprinkle on mozzarella, and layer with toppings. 4) Bake about ten minutes in 375-degree oven until the toppings are bubbly and brown. (It took longer for the two to bake, almost 15 minutes, and they were not browned.) Enjoy!! Dawn

Do some picture comparisons. I bet you are losing inches right now. That is what I have been doing. My weight loss has slowed dramatically, but I am still losing those inches.

I have the same problem. I am also having a problem eating. I'm just not in the mood for anything. I went to the store last night and just kept shaking my head and passing things by.

Alright...I'll fess up. I do OK with my water some days, but not most days. I'm working on that. I notice a change in my weight when I pay closer attention to my water intake. I am getting better about my protein. For a while I was not drinking any protein shakes and the scales did not move. Well, lately I have been working on getting in more protein and the scales have started moving again. Snacks...I am getting bad at grazing. I have been trying to get better snacks in the house so when I do snack it is something good for me. I'm trying. EXERCISE...THERE IS MY REAL PROBLEM!!! I have not been exercising at all lately. I do jump on the trampoline lately, but probably not enough to benefit me at all. I know I need to do it, but just haven't. I have never been good at exercising. I wish I enjoyed it. URGH!!!! Hugs, Tabby

GRAZING!! Why do I think that I have to taste "just a little bit" of everyone else's food?? Even when I'm not hungry. Its a bad habit.

Well, i have some faults Water - not a problem, I get between 90-120oz of fluids a day, including water, propel, protein drinks with mil****d coffee's and crystal light Protein - not so much a problem now that I've added in 1 -2 shakes a day Exercise - BIG problem I hate to exercise, but I park in the farthest lot at work, try to walk a few times a week during lunch (30 minutes each) and I do a paper route with my daughter on Sunday's that is about an hour's worth of walking. I snack ...there, I said it. I love popcorn and eat it in the evenings. I snack at work sometimes, but I've stopped bringing change to work and started drinking more during my breaks. not sure if that helps, but I'm working on it. These are reasons that I'm probably still stuck and only losing 1lb per week. I have a ways to go still and feel so utterly stuck, it sucks. I have to stop the snacking in the evenings, that is what is really getting to me then maybe I can pick up the pace again Molly
