HEY LADIES, HERE ARE SOME GREAT RECIPIES I'VE TRIED AND CAN ATTESTTO BEING GREAT. LEMON SQUASH PIE 2 CUPS COOKED SQUASH, DRAINED WELL (I USE THE YELLOW) AND GRATED 1 STICK MARGARINE 2 CUPS SPLENDA 4 EGGS SEPARATED 2 tbsp SELF RISING FLOUR 2 tbsp LEMON FLAVORING 1 tsp LEMON ZEST BLEND SQUASH, EGG YOLKS, MARGARINE,SPLENDA FLOUR AND FLAVORING. BEAT EGG WHITES AND FOLD INTO SQUASH MIXTURE. POUR INTO TWO PIE CRUSTS AND BAKE @ 350 DEGREES UNTIL BROWN. IF YOU DON'T LIKE LEMON TRY COCONUT FLAVORING, IT TASTES JUST LIKE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE. OH! IT'S SO GOOD. MINI QUICHE 1 SMALL CARTON EGG BEATERS 1 CUP LOW FAT MONTERAY JACK CHEESE 4 OUNCES LOW SODIUM HAM, DICED 2 OUNCES DICED ONION, WHITE OR GREEN 2 OUNCES DICED BELL PEPPER SALT AND PEPPER TO TASET, PINCH OF GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE MIX ALL TOGETHER SPRAY MUFFIN TIN W/ PAM POUR MIXTURE INTO GREASED TINS 3/4 FULL BAKE FOR 30min @ 350 CHOCOLATE COFFEE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE 8 OUNCES MILK, SKIM, 1%, 2%, WHICH EVER YOU PREFER 1 DECAF FOLGERS COFFEE TEA BAG 3/4 SCOOP OF CHOCOLATE PROTEIN 1 SPLASH OF SF KHALUA DAVINCI SYRUP OR HOW EVER MUCH YOU WANT OR A DIFFERENT FLAVOR PLACE MILK, PROTEIN AND SYRUP IN MAGIC BULLETT OR BLENDER HEAT 3 OUNCES OF WATER AND STEEP COFFEE BAG, MASHING TO GET AS MUCH FLAVOR AS POSSIBLE ADD COFFEE AND ICE TO BLENDER AND WHIRL POUR OVER MORE ICE AS NEEDED. Good moring everyone, I'm about to shoot myself, the scale hasn't moved in about a month. Haven't been able to exercise because of having pneumonia, it's to much stress on my lungs. Starting weight 313# todays weight 194# total lost 129# personal goal 150# weight to lose 44# will that number ever come? I'm not sure. Donna, sfy

Good morning! Starting Weight: 280 Weight at Surgery: 251 Weight today :153 Loss since surgery: 98 pounds TOTAL LOSS: 127 pounds Amount to lose to reach goal: 18 pounds

Hi everyone. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Here are my stats for the week. Highest weight--320 Pre surgery--271 Today--162 Down this week 4 lbs. Hope your Mon is great. Take Care, Amy

Here are my numbers beginning weight 287 last week 156 this week 154 total loss 133 and only 4 pounds until I reach my goal.

Congrats on your loss this past week!! I am still learning to enjoy working out lol. Right now I think I just like to be able to have a way to get out of the house more then where I am going LOLOL. I am sure I will be glad that I am getting into a work out routine, that knowledge just hasn't hit me yet *grin*. Have a wonderful week!! *Huggles* Felicia =0)
