I have also been thinking of going full liquids as I lose really slow anyway and had dropped another 2 a couple of weeks ago, but have now gained 5. Gaining is NOT an option!
Being in onederland is awesome, isn't it?

I think I will try that. I have actually gained 5 pounds, and I have no real idea why. I haven't really changed anything, so I may just up the veggies!

Topic: Who Would have thunk it.....
Who would have thunk it.....not me of course.....but veggies help ya lose weight lol. I don't eat alot of veggies but take my vitamins every day. Well, this week, I've had the cravings for carrots, celery, zuccini, summer squash, like it was going out of style. I've had a serving of veggies each night as my "snack" per say. Well, glad to say, today, I lost 2lbs this week.
I don't know if it's really the veggies, but I'm stickin' to it. lol. Just thought I'd share. I haven't lost 2lbs in a week in over 5 months now. I am now at 99lbs lost
and can't wait for that next serving of veggies

Topic: RE: Wednesday Roll Call
Good morning! I guess it is Thursday. What a week this has been! I was quite busy in the office once again. Same old- same old. At least today I didn't have to deal with any nasty people.
I have been experiencing some bad back pains to go along with my shoulder and hip pain. Coincidentally, I ha made an appointment to see a chiropractor. I saw him yesterday for my first real treatment. He discussed his plan with me and got things started. I didn't realize it when I maade this appointment that this guy travels with the Ravens for their pain issues. He cracked me in 3 places and had me undergo some physical therapy also. I am supposed to see him 3 times a week for a month and then drop it to teice a week after that.
I must say that I am feeling considerably better this morning. It isn't excruciating for me when I turn or even as I try to take a deep breathe. I think this may do the trick as long as I stop tripping over things. I tripped over someone's bookbag in the office yesterday. I felt myself falling. I would have gone down right on my face if my son who is still working in my office hadn't been right there and caught me. Luckily, we didn't have any visitors in the room at the time as I let out an expletive at the time I was starting to fall. Oh well!

I'm convinced. I'm going to head to the store to stock up on protein shake mix. I want to drop these 10-20 pounds so badly. I feel like such a failure because I have been stalled at 160ish range for months now.
