No, Holly, you didn't blow it. This test is your test. You have to do what is right for you. If you are sick, then you have to make yourself feel better. Maybe next time instead of eating crackers, eat something that is protein. The idea is to break the carb/snacking habit. Three Crackers isn't going to sabotage you. Don't sweat it. Just get back on track, if you are feeling up to it.
I hope you are feeling better. I just woke up and am getting in my first protein shake, so I have no idea how I will be feeling later this evening. I'm really hoping I can break the carb cravings and get back on the protein train.

Hi, Dawn. Glad to see you are joining us in this challenge. WE WILL GET THAT SCALE MOVING!!! You will get those pesky 4 pounds back off and get the scale moving in the right direction this week. It'll be hard, but we need to do this for ourselves.

I was doing so well! I had 48 oz of liquid whi*****luded 3 protein shakes and 3 bottles of water....but around 1:00 I started feeling really hungry sick.....I ate three crackers...did I blow it????

Good luck, Molly!!! We can stop these stupid grazing/snacking habits that have creeped back into our lives. We CAN do this!!! I am totally ready to be honest with myself. Getting ready to log into my fitday now.

I'm getting so bad about posting my weigh in's. I've also not been keeping close enough track to remember completly from one week to the next.
I do know I had a VERY successfull past few weeks though. My last post I was complaining, I believe that I was yet again stalled. I stayed in my stall most of the summer. The most I would loose during a one week time period was 1lb.
I believe last Monday I was hovering around 168-169....
This past Saturday I weighed in at 165 and there was much rejoicing as it seemingly fell off overnight (I know..water weight...as the TOM was ending)....
Even more rejoicing this morning when I blinked at the scale and saw 163.5!! 4 lbs more and I weigh less than my husband!! YAY!
