Try to do some water first if you feel hungry. If that doesn't help definitely go for some protein. I keep some peanut butter just for that. My blood sugars tend to drop sometimes. Don't worry about blowing it! It happened, now move on!!! It is your test and a couple of crackers are not gonna mess you up. Just keep going. I was stressing over JELLO!!!

8a protein drink
9:30a crystal light 20oz
11a crystal light 20oz
12:15p protein drink
1:30p crystal light 20oz
2:30p (now) crystal light 20oz

Then I can go to bed so I can start all over again

Hi Missy, great to see you posting. I dont feel hungry "all" the time, but I do have those days. I can eat alot though. So I really have to be careful about what I eat. I always have cucmbers, salad, tomatoes,carrots with meals. That sort of thing. I eat my protein, then fill up on veggies or fruit. My snack if I have one is always a fruit or yogurt, or both. Some days I still eat very little, but generally I can eat much more now. Im thinking what seems like "alot" to us, is really a normal sized meal. On my hungry days, I do go ahead and have a snack of fruit or veggies. Sometimes, I jsut have to go take a nap and try and forget about it. Maybe you could try smaller meals more freq? That doesnt work for me, because I still feel hungry after eating, so I stick with 3 meals and occassionally a snack. Keep working on it. Your loss is fabulous!

WOW, Patty!!! Sounds like you are not stalled anymore. Congrats on the 4 lb weight loss. WOW!!! It's about time you post an updated photo. I bet you have changed a lot since you last photo was posted.

Holly, you should be very proud of your son. He has been making tough decisions, all based on his love for Raven, without thought for himself. Somehow, thats what kids do to parents! LOL I have been so busy lately, just getting caught up on the board now. It sounds like things are finally looking up a bit! Hang in there, support Dan as much as you can, be there for him and Raven. It will all work itself out.

MMMMM...those sound yummy!!! I have a great recipe for Soft Molasses Cookies!!! I love them and Snickerdoodles. Haven't had them in a long time. I may bake some at Christmas time.

Thanks, Felicia. I KNOW I CAN DO THIS!!! Tonight at work will be the real test. Ten hours at a desk with a HUGE JAR OR PRETZELS on my co-workers desk right behind me and NOBODY ELSE IN THE BUILDING TO CATCH ME!!! I will have to hide them under his desk to resist temptation. They call my name each time I walk past his desk and see them. Out of sight, out of mind. I'll take a protein shake and some protein chicken bouillion soup with me. I've got to flush these darn carbs.
Good to see you back. Your pics of your trip and Joshua's birthday were nice. Looks like you made his day VERY special. Welcome back.

Good luck, Holly. You can do this. It'll be tough, be we are women and we are strong!!! Hee Hee. You can break the snacking/grazing thing and get back to the basics. I forgot to mention in the other post, maybe if you are not feeling well, try to eat an orange or cantalope. I know when I did LA Weightloss, the first 2 days we were allowed ALL the protein we wanted with all the green veggies we wanted with an orange or a chunk of cantalope a day. I think the orange and canalope was supposed to help with the electrolyes. Maybe that will make you feel better. We can do anything for 5 days. Remember that on Wednesday we can eat food again!!! YAY!!!
