Let's Motivate Each Other
I was completely overwhelmed with replies from the last post about losing more weight this far out. It's nice to know that we are all in this together.
I'm so proud of myself because I have done some form of cardio exercise every day this week for at least 30 minutes. I have never liked to exercise and pretty much did anything (which was nothing, lol) to get out of it. The only thing that has motivated me to move, is trying to get the darn scale to move. I decided that the only way I was going to get to my goal was to exercise. Lo and behold, I have dropped 8 pounds this week ( I was up 7 pounds from my lowest and I have no idea why since I have been eating the same foods I always eat). That puts me 15 pounds from my initial goal of 180 pounds.
180 pounds sounds like a lot, but I weighed 384 pounds when I started all of this. I've come too far and am too close to my goal to quit now. So, I'll die trying to get there.
I am hoping that some or all of you will take this opportunity to jump on board and try and help each other reach our goals. We've all come so far, so why not try and get to our destinations?
Good luck to all of my October 2006 sisters!

Hi Jenn...This sounds great...I am putting Bandits coat on him soon as I finish this....We will take a walk around the block!!! Its chilly but ok so far here....Bandit had a haircut Saturday and his hair is gone except for around his ears and tail....Can we say a bald shih tzu??? Lol well he was all matted and with me not being able to groom him due to not being able to grip with left hand yet he was a mess.....Ok I am off for the walk with Bandit!!!!
Good luck everyone on this new start to lose!!!
Hugs Judy
I am on board with you! I need to lose 20 lbs to reach my goal. I have been at a stand still for months and have been discouraged. Having the support again, I know will help me succeed. I was approved for a TT and will not schedule it until at least 15 of the 20 lbs. are gone! I am hoping by June I can undergo plastics.
Good luck!
