HAIR PROBLEMS?

I know I'm late answering this, but here goes my 2 cents worth as well.
I've noticed that when I don't get enough protein I have two things happen. 1. I start losing hair again. 2. My fingernails all start breaking off. When I get my protein back where it needs to be, the hair loss stops and the nails start growing again.
I saw what you have been eating and it looks pretty good. What's the count on your protein grams though? I know lots of people who are farther out than us who swear by eating 80+ grams of protein each and every day to stay healthy. If you need to add more, maybe you could do a protein drink or maybe a protein bar at some point in the day. Just a suggestion.
