Where is everyone?
I remember hearing that the boards would get much quieter at one year out, because people are just busy living their new lives! I see that happening here, and I am happy for each and every one of you.
I'm learning maintenance. It is an interesting journey. My dietician has given me some good advice, but it's going to be an exercise in trial and error.

Happy New year to you too.. I still check the board everyday. I check to make sure everyone is ok.. I am sure they would post if they werent. I am still losing. just a pound or two a month.. I wonder what weight I will end up at. I am sure Maintenance is the hardest part.
