What is your next goal?
I have a couple.
1) get in some weight lifting work outs so I can build some muscle. I don't want to look like a muscle bound freak, just toned.
2) maintainence. I want to stay about the same weight. This will be a tough one. I am really fighting the urge for chips and chocolate. I still don't eat more that 5-8 grams of sugar at one time but those little Holloween Chocolates makes that way to easy!

I have a couple....and I think they are going to be pretty tough.....but, hey? Who doesn't want a challenge?!
1. I would like to lose my remaining 15 pounds to reach my goal by my next appt. with my surgeon -- April 10, 2008.
2. I would like to maintain that weight by my next appt. with my surgeon which will be in October 2008....by my two year surgi-versary!
Next.....
