8 lbs in 16 days... Cheer Me On!!
I am 8 lb from 199lbs. I would like to lose that 8lbs by November 1st.
What do you think? Think I can do it?
I have for the last 2 months slacked completely off getting my protein in, working out of any kind and well just been a slacker for lack of a better name. So my plan is not to "diet" or any crazy thing like that just get back to working my tool.
The Plan : (basically back to basics with out dieting)
90 grams of protein a day.
Watch out for processed carbs.
Walk at least 1 mile a day with Joshua.
Walk at least 1 mile every other day using WATP videos.
Get my vitamins and supplements in every day.
Basically thats the plan.
I wont be crushed or anything if I don't lose the 8 in 16 days ( as I know lol thats a bit of stretch in reality for the realistic losses these days) but I needed a challenge so I came up with this.
Oh and on a side note my Husband and I are in a race to see who can lose the most (smartly) by the end of the month. Its been fun but he is whoooooopin up on me right now lol.
Anyone else up for a fun challenge? How much would YOU like to lose by November 1st?

I'll definitely be cheering you on!! I see my surgeon on Thursday...I know I haven't lost any in the last couple of months....which is a real bummer to me!! Once I see her, I will decide how much I want to lose by November 1st, then I will join you in the challenge!!
I am doing well, except for the prcoessed carbs....I think that is why I haven't been losing much!
