Going To Live!
Welp made it back alive from our trip to Greatfalls to see my surgeon. Was a WONDERFUL day! We had so much fun. Went out to lunch ( which I still find amazing that I can do that with out people staring at me AND that I fit so easily into the smallest of booths lol). We to the Children's Museum. Great fun there. We were all alone, just the 3 of us, so we got to play in peace. Spent a couple hours there. Then headed home. The appointment went well. Had an embarrassing moment when they kept telling me how cool it was that so many people that were coming there were mentioning my name. Glad to hear I am helping someone. Gave them my before and after photos. Said they could pick from the 3 I did up or the business card I made. They took them ALL lol to post around the office and hand out to people. Another blushing moment. Living so far away from the clinic its nice to hear I can help people out as they said they would be giving my info out to people who had questions etc.. Felt good to know I could give back. Got my lab results back. Going to live they say. Low a touch in Albumin (3.3 when they need to be between 3.4 and 5.0) but fine in my other proteins so was told not to worry. Also have low cholesterol (136). Who can complain about that lol (as Dr. Rohrer said to me). Of course I have always had good cholesterol readings so was happy to see them "awesome" for once. At 400+ I still only had a cholesterol reading of 170 lol. Anyways the rest were all easily in the normal ranges. So I guess as I said before I get to live. Was glad I didn't have to start taking iron. That stuff is icky ( at least the chewables I have tired are). Also happy to see that the new multi vitamin I started taking at 6 months is doing its job as I do not want to go back to taking anything chewable if I can avoid it.
Anyways that was my day. Hope everyone is doing well.

Hi Felicia!!
Congrats on the good check up with your surgeon!! How awesome that they are using your information and referring people to you for help!!! Tooo cool!!
Question....what multivitamin are you using? I took a look at the back of mine and was disappointed in what was in there - or rather what WASN'T in it. So, now I'm looking for a different one. I can let the kids have this one after I get another.
Susan
Thanks Susan!!
I use Twinlab Daily One.
I buy it from Vitacost.com ( http://www.vitacost.com/Twinlab-Daily-One ) for $18.89 for 180 capsules. One of the only capsule multi vitamins I have found. They are large but easy to take. (Note: Took less then 60 seconds in PLAIN luke warm tap water to break open and dissolve.) They also make the same vitamin with iron but I take the one without.
Everything I take is a capsule or gel cap except B12. Can NOT hack down chewables ew ew ew.
Thanks again!!
