One year ago today

One year ago today I was waiting for my surgery time, excited and SO FRIGHTENED! One year and 100 pounds + lighter, I am so pleased I made the choice to have my WLS. Those last pesky pounds are still hanging in there, but I am so pleased and proud. (I think those last pounds are in my panni and my bat wings, anyway!) Thanks for the encouragement and support that I have received from reading your posts and learning of your triumphs and progress. You guys are the best!
