Hey Gals To fla*****t to flap, that is the question. I went to my very first Aqua class and I must say I loved it. I feel great and I feel like jelly all at the same time. I had to laugh at myself out there bobbing around in the pool with my upper arms flapping about, my upper thighs flapping about, my boobs hanging down to where my belly button should have been. All I can say is thank God my tummy was contained in my bathing suit or I might have been hitting it with my knees! What a sight I must have been. I didn't have to look at myself so that is a good thing. Best of all I did it. I put on the bathing suit, jumped in the pool and started flapping. Maybe if I keep it up I won't be flapping so much in the pool. Any other flappers out there daring enough to work out? Tara

I love my water classes more than any type of land aerobic! I've been taking "hydro aerobics" and "hydro spinning" since January! All I can say is thank GOODNESS for Speedo! It's hard to find a suit that will hold all that flappy stuff in!

aqua aerobics is the only class i am still going to since joining the gym in January. my poor body was just paining to much using the general circuit in the gym. i had to get a smaller bather now cos the titties kept on bouncing out. i wear a shorts over the bather, that way the tummy bits dont show at the bottom. also hides away the draping of the upper thighs
