WOW moment...

Good morning! After the last couple of weeks, I have needed a WOW moment!! Before my surgery, I broke my wedding band -- so for the last several years I have not worn a ring at all. In April, I told my hubby that for my birthday (Oct. 1) and my surgery anniversary (Oct 10) I wanted a new ring. I said I wanted to wait because I knew that by then I would be close to my goal weight. Well, Saturday night we went looking at rings and I found one! The WOW moment is I wear a size 7 1/2 ring! I haven't worn a 7 1/2 since High School 21 years ago! At surgery time last year I was wearing a size 11!!

HOLY CRAP!!! An 11 down to a 7.5?????? Way to go!!! Did you get it yet or do you have to wait until your actual anniversary? I want to get mine resized. Maybe I will take it to the mall today to do that. I don't see my fingers getting any smaller than they are now. Although they are probably at their smallest right now because I am FREEZING COLD!!! How did it go from upper 80's one week to 60's the next. My nose is cold. Hee Hee. Congrats on your latest WOW moment!!! Isn't it great that after a year they are still coming? Hugs, Tabby

No, haven't gotten it yet. Payday is next week and then she said it takes 2 weeks to resize it....she said it will probably come back sooner than that, but they are always told 2 weeks!! I know its FREEZING COLD!!!! It is great after a year that we still have WOW moments coming at us! Hugs, Holly

I have been using a ring guard on my rings since surgery. I finally took them off last night because even the ring guards won't keep them from slipping all over.
