Hi, Tiff. So far, I have felt great. I did get a little dizzy today when I was lying down in my daughters bed and got up really fast, but other than that am feeling good. I had 1 TBSP of Peanut Butter yesterday and a stick of Beef Jerky. PROTEIN, so I was fine with that. Other than that, just lots of water, 3 protein drinks, a protein soup and a cup of coffee. Today I have had one protein drink and am working on my water. I'm trying so hard to resist the carbs. That's the hardest for me. I've been slipping and snacking on more carbs than I would like, so I am glad to get them flushed out of my system. I lost 3 pounds from yesterday to today. Can't beat that. Hugs, Tabby

WOW!! Great Job!! 3 lbs!!!! Carbs is the hardest for me as well.. They go and stay down the easiest. I always choose the carb first just cuz I know i wont feel sick afterwards.. I am looking forward to this on Monday. I have been sitting at the same weight for 3 weeks.. I think everyone needs a good cleaning.. Getting back to basics is what I need.. Thanks for helping with this, being so positive about it.. it is nice to see what you have to say.. Love you girl! Tiff

Hi all: Yesterday, I had no problem sticking to the program with the exception of dinner, which was about 1/2 cup of Tomato Bisque with 2 shrimp (chewed to death). Other than that, I had 5 protein drinks and 156 oz of water, and 3 mugs of chicory decaf french roast with 1.5 c 2% milk over all. Today, still no problem. So far, I have had 3 protein drinks, 2 mugs of the chicory/2% (1 cup) and 90 oz of water. I plan on a shake for dinner and one before bed with my vitamins and a couple more 24 oz bottles of water. I weighed the same this morning as yesterday---165. I feel fine today---no problems. I will (hope to) ride the exercise bike at least for a half an hour this evening. I went to the store at lunch to get some cottage cheese, and canned chicken and fish for the next couple of days. Thanks for the support, Dawn

WOW, DAWN!!! Sounds like you had a good first day. Do you always drink that much water? I know once when I was doing LA Weightloss and wasn't losing, they said it could be from drinking TOO much water. Your body can only process so much, then it starts to retain it. 156oz of water plus all the other fluids are an aweful lot for your body to process in a day. I'm not a nutritionist, just giving my 2 cents, for what it's worth. Hopefully you see a loss in the next day or two. Good luck, Tabby

My day two went well. I lost 3 pounds in the first day. I have been feeling well, other than a little dizzy here and there when I get up too fast. I did walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes today. Worked up a good sweat and felt good about myself afterwards. Aside from the protein shakes and water, today I did eat a stick of beef jerky, a tablespoon on peanut butter, 6 peanuts, a cup of SF Jello and I took a bite of my daughters grilled cheese sandwich. How is that for honesty. All of them combined don't add up to the calories/carbs I burned on the treadmill. SO THERE!!! LOL!!! Hope everyone else is feeling good. I'm really looking forward to having food tomorrow. Being able to sit down and eat with my family, rather than walk around while they eat and drink my dinner. I like our family dinner time.
