FIVE DAY POUCH TEST - DAY ONE!!!
Good luck, Holly. You can do this. It'll be tough, be we are women and we are strong!!! Hee Hee. You can break the snacking/grazing thing and get back to the basics. I forgot to mention in the other post, maybe if you are not feeling well, try to eat an orange or cantalope. I know when I did LA Weightloss, the first 2 days we were allowed ALL the protein we wanted with all the green veggies we wanted with an orange or a chunk of cantalope a day. I think the orange and canalope was supposed to help with the electrolyes. Maybe that will make you feel better. We can do anything for 5 days. Remember that on Wednesday we can eat food again!!! YAY!!!

No, Holly, you didn't blow it. This test is your test. You have to do what is right for you. If you are sick, then you have to make yourself feel better. Maybe next time instead of eating crackers, eat something that is protein. The idea is to break the carb/snacking habit. Three Crackers isn't going to sabotage you. Don't sweat it. Just get back on track, if you are feeling up to it.
I hope you are feeling better. I just woke up and am getting in my first protein shake, so I have no idea how I will be feeling later this evening. I'm really hoping I can break the carb cravings and get back on the protein train.

Try to do some water first if you feel hungry. If that doesn't help definitely go for some protein. I keep some peanut butter just for that. My blood sugars tend to drop sometimes. Don't worry about blowing it! It happened, now move on!!! It is your test and a couple of crackers are not gonna mess you up. Just keep going. I was stressing over JELLO!!!

My will power sucks. I did great, until I got home. I was hungry, and didn't drink my lunch shake until around 3pm. So I didn't think I should do another right away. I ate some veggies for dinner Will try to do another shake tonight when I get home from work. I don't think I failed, but it definately is a true test. Molly
