When do we start?

Hi, Aime!!! Glad to see you are joining us, too. Looks like a good group of us will be suffering this out together. LOL. I know I need to get back to the basics. I've been slipping too much lately and haven't been doing too good at working my way towards goal. I REALLY want to get there by my surgiversary. I've been to the fair the last 3 days and the scale is going the wrong way. Today is the last day. Hopefully the liquids on Monday will flush out these damn carbs. WE CAN DO THIS!!!
