OMG!!!I'm 199
YAY...DAI!!!! WTG!!! Welcome to onederland!!! I knew you could do it. Congrats!!! I've thought of doing liquids for 2-3 days to kickstart things, but start the day good then it goes south at lunchtime. I am so close to goal that I just want to get there and start maintaining. I feel like I am pretty good at maintaining, but want to get to goal to say I did it. I just finished my protein shake, but know that today won't be the day to start my liquid diet. Hubby wants cheddar brats for dinner, and I can't resist. I am working in the office 3 days next week, so those will be good days to do liquids. When I work at home it is too easy to snack. That is the bad thing about working from home. URGH!!! Too much food here. At work, I can control what I eat better because the only things available are the things I take with me. So, if I want to do liquids, then I will only take liquids with me. Although our local fair is next week, which is hard to resist. Anyways...congrats and good luck to you with your pouch test. Is it 3 days of liquids, then 3 days of soft foods?
