Ok, so I still have ALOT more weight to lose - but if you saw my body, you'd never be able to tell that I've lost 11 pounds shy of 200 pounds already. My upper half, face/arms/chest/neck, are noticeably smaller, but from under my breasts on down, still huge. Yes, many say smaller, but to me, the weightloss is not evenly distributed. Hence, my stomach area, I guess that's what you would call it, right below my breasts to my waist, sticks out a lot still, and since my breasts are smaller now, that stomach area, sticks out a bit further than my breasts; almosts looks like I could be pregnant, in fact, a woman at a clothing store asked me if I was yesterday... wanted to die. So now I'm trying to find something that would suck in that area, keep it from being so jiggly and to help my breasts protrude out more than that belly area. Mind you, I have a big flap of belly that hangs over my thighs/pubic area - what is that section called? Who knows, to me, it's all one big belly, abnormally displaced all over the area below my breasts. I need help - what do I wear to suck it in? I am now wearing a size 50B bra and am barely fitting the B cup anymore. Do they make something in my size that will work for me? I need help, can you tell? I wear a size 3x, borderline 2x shirt/top now, too. I just feel like I'm at a loss with options here due to my size and mishapen body. Help!!!

Girlllllllllllllll so I so feel your pain. I finally spent one whole evening in Walmart trying on bras. They either let the girls fall out the bottom, had flat wrinkly cups, They just flattened me out, to small in the arm holes but HUGE every where else you name it. I finally was about to decide to go "back to the 60's and 70's" and free boob it as I was so discouraged!! I finally tried on a Playtex bra with an under wire : http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5811784 It has nice wide sides so it helps with the bulging. 3 hook closure. and the girls stand up and look pretty lol. Now I know this particular bra doesn't go up to a 50 ( 44 I believe ) but you can at least see what it looks like and that might help. I find now that I have to have the underwire or they girls just flop out the bottom no matter what I try. It also seems to keep them put when I bend over as they tend to flop out the top of a lot of them to *sigh*. Woman Within is having a huge bra sale (I love love love their bras) http://www.womanwithin.com/plus-size-Bras.aspx?DeptId=9592 might peek there and see what they have. You will be dropping out of that 50 in no time so at least you wont have to spend a lot on it. Anyways thats my 3 cents on the bra. As for the second issue. If you find something I would LOVE to hear about it. I have tried on just about everything I can get my hands on and its either TOO constricting or not a enough support. Not long enough on the thighs or cuts me off at the waist. I would love to find something to pull in the saddle bags and the tummy and not have to have two people help me get into the darn thing. I have tried slimmers and suckers and tuckers and control tops and well if its hanging on the "it will control this body part" shelf I tried it. Nothing so far *sigh*. I don't want to suck it in to fit in smaller clothes. Just control the wiggle from jiggling so badly. When I wear jeans its not so bad as I just make sure they are non stretch type but any other pants or shorts WHOA wiggling my jiggling is the way it goes. I hope you find something! I would LOVE to find something like this http://www.womanwithin.com/clothing/3-pack-capri-liner.aspx?PfId=110021&DeptId=9442&Produc tTypeId=1&PurchaseType=0 but with some actual SUPPORT in it. The ones that are cut right above the knee just didn't work for me as they rolled or cut off my smooshy thighs and I had a line. Good luck to you!! I have found that finding undergarments that actually fit and do the job has been the WORST part of this journey for me so far. *HUGGLES* Felicia =0)

I too feel your pain Michele. Bras are my one of my worse enemies. I haven't found ANY to fit me right since losing weight. I would love to hear from others on how they are handling this issue. As far as the tummy control, I haven't had much luck with that either. I can find one to suck it in but it has to come out somewhere?!?!LOL It usually pops out from the top of the garment or the bottom. Hey, maybe we should invent something to help us all! Then, we can all be rich and not jiggle when we walk(and heaven forbid....RUN)LOL Your body will eventually distribute itself out. Are you exercising? That may help too with toning. Well my friend, I wish you luck and hope someone out there has the answer for us all. Allison

Michelle, I hear Spanx has a good product, as far as undergarments go. Its awfully expensive though. I dont want to invest in that until Im close to goal. No other suggestions come to mind. I guess I was lucky, I never carried my weight in the middle. Now my legs are a different story. I have finally started losing in the leg areas. Wohoo! As far as bra's, I went to Kohl's, spent hours just trying them on. All kinds, all brands, all shapes and sizes until I found ones I liked, fit well, and reigned the girls in. Spent about 4 hours just trying one after the other. I had no clue as what to look for. I ended up with 2 Bali bra's. Some day I might even make it to Victoria's secret! LOL

I like "Cupid" brand high-waist support garments that I get at WalMart. They are about $10 or less and come in several firmness options. They really help suck in the bulges.

You don't say how tall you are but with your bra size I'm thinking we're the same.. I'm 5'3" and at 200+/- now so here's what I've found... The bra thing is challenging (especially since I was always small and didn't even have to wear a bra for many years). Recheck yourself for the bra sizing. A 50B sounds way too big around. I'm now wearing 40B. It feels a tad snug sometimes but stays in place (which keeps my breasts in place). Do you have a SteinMart up there? I went there and found these wonderful Bali soft cotton bras that are good side coverage and keeps everything up without underwires. They're normally around $30 but at Steinmart I got them for $17. I bought 3 and wear them constantly. If you truly are still at the 46-50 around size send me your address in a private email and I'll mail you a box of bras if you'd like. I'm clearing out all my larger ones and some haven't even been worn because I bypassed them before I needed them (not necessarily a bad thing The rest of the bod... I bought one high-to-thigh Spanx for when I really need it for something more fitted for my upper stomach area. Target sells a less expensive brand made by the same woman which works fairly well also. In dresses though I am wearing a pantyhose called Shapers by Just My Size. The only place I've found them is at CVS Pharmacy. At $4.99 they are much less expensive than Spanx hose and last just as long. They do great! Comfortable, front panel, lacy thigh smoother and a nice silky finish so dresses flow well. Also, go try on some jeans, etc in smaller sizes. You may be surprised. Sometimes our heads need some time to catch up with what our bodies are actually doing. hugs... Pat
