I am horrible about working out. I keep saying that I NEED TO, but don't. I work midnight shift and when I wake up, I get my shower right away to go pick my kids up from Daycare or from my mom's house and once I get my shower I don't want to work out and get sweaty. BAD, BAD excuse... I KNOW!!! I actually did better this past winter. Don't know why. This summer I have just been running from here to there and not getting any exercise in. I want to tone up before plastics. I wish I had time and $$$ to get to a gym and try out some exercise class or work a little with a trainer, but I just can't do it right now. We got a trampoline for the kids, but with it being like 90 degrees here, I can't stand to be outside. I do try to do some laps when I get to my mother-in-law's neighbors pool. That's been it, though. Good for you for getting in some exercise. I wish I were more motivated right now. Keep it up, girl. Hugs, Tabby

Motivation is ugly isn't it. lol I ran out of excuses as soon as they said they provided day care LOLOL. I had been using Joshua as my reason why I couldn't get out there and join a gym because what do I do with him and I didn't want to have to get up early or go late to make it there. WHINE excuse WHINE! lol Now I don't have an excuse anymore *sigh* so I guess I gotta go lolol. Joshua has been loving it. He gets out of the house and then when I am done we go for a walk. So its worked out in many ways. *hugs* Hang in there. When its your time to be ready to focus on working out you will! It just kind of has to HIT you I think LOLOL. Felicia =0)

This summer the exercising has slowed down considerably for me! The wedding really slowed us down, too! My husband and I walk every night, but my daughter and I haven't been to Curves in months! We went to Curves last night for the first time in a couple of months. Want to get back into the routine since Rachel goes back to school in a couple of weeks!! Holly

Summer kills me. I just cant take the heat and I used to heavily this year to get out of working out. We have finally been having cooler weather and its like brought about such a huge change in my attitude. Its hard to get into a routine though. I do find that I spend the time before going to the gym talking myself out of talking myself out of going HAHAHAHA. I do like it when I am there though and am proud of myself for going when I am done. I hope one day to "want it" as much as I "need it" lolol. Congrats on getting back to Curves!! YOU GO GIRL! *huggles* Felicia =0)

I am tired. My body is pissy at me and UGGG I HATE BEING SO WEAK!!! Dont overdo at first. Work till your tired, your muscles feel it, and you have a sense of satisfaction. My first time on the eleptical I did 2 min. 2 minutes and my thighs were screaming. Everyday I challenged myself to do just one more minute. Pretty soon I was doing 10 min, then 20, then 30. I worked up to 80 minutes, before changing things up. I now do less time, but with more resistance. I had to build my endurance up first. Last Jnauary, truthfully, I couldnt even walk the treadmill, I weighed to much. I stopped the belt every time I got on. So I got on those dang bikes instead. Within the first month, I was able to get on the treadmill and it worked. So progress comes, not in leaps and bounds, but it comes. Just go in the gym everytime, and promise yourself you will do a little more than last time. Sometimes its more time, sometimes its a faster speed, sometimes its more resistance. It does build quickly! Your body wants to perform and respond. It was made to do that. Hang tough Felicia! Lauri

So your saying that after I work out I should not want to crawl back into bed and sleep ? LOL It bugs me to be tired after working out like this. I guess I dont FEEEEL like I am working out that hard but I must be since I am tired when I get home. Ok so take it slow and build myself up. Check! *huggles* Felicia
