LEMON SQUASH PIE
2 CUPS COOKED SQUASH, DRAINED WELL (I USE THE YELLOW) AND GRATED
1 STICK MARGARINE
2 CUPS SPLENDA
4 EGGS SEPARATED
2 tbsp SELF RISING FLOUR
2 tbsp LEMON FLAVORING
1 tsp LEMON ZEST
BLEND SQUASH, EGG YOLKS, MARGARINE,SPLENDA FLOUR AND FLAVORING.
BEAT EGG WHITES AND FOLD INTO SQUASH MIXTURE.
POUR INTO TWO PIE CRUSTS AND BAKE @ 350 DEGREES UNTIL BROWN.
IF YOU DON'T LIKE LEMON TRY COCONUT FLAVORING, IT TASTES JUST LIKE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE. OH! IT'S SO GOOD.
MINI QUICHE
1 SMALL CARTON EGG BEATERS
1 CUP LOW FAT MONTERAY JACK CHEESE
4 OUNCES LOW SODIUM HAM, DICED
2 OUNCES DICED ONION, WHITE OR GREEN
2 OUNCES DICED BELL PEPPER
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASET, PINCH OF GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE
MIX ALL TOGETHER
SPRAY MUFFIN TIN W/ PAM
POUR MIXTURE INTO GREASED TINS 3/4 FULL
BAKE FOR 30min @ 350
CHOCOLATE COFFEE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
8 OUNCES MILK, SKIM, 1%, 2%, WHICH EVER YOU PREFER
1 DECAF FOLGERS COFFEE TEA BAG
3/4 SCOOP OF CHOCOLATE PROTEIN
1 SPLASH OF SF KHALUA DAVINCI SYRUP OR HOW EVER MUCH YOU WANT OR A DIFFERENT FLAVOR
PLACE MILK, PROTEIN AND SYRUP IN MAGIC BULLETT OR BLENDER
HEAT 3 OUNCES OF WATER AND STEEP COFFEE BAG, MASHING TO GET AS MUCH FLAVOR AS POSSIBLE
ADD COFFEE AND ICE TO BLENDER AND WHIRL
POUR OVER MORE ICE AS NEEDED.
