I GOT MY DRESS FOR THE WEDDING TODAY!!

I am so excited! I got my dress for the wedding today -- at a second hand store -- with the tags still on it and I only paid $20! Before surgery I couldn't ever find anything in a second hand shop because they rarely carried Plus Size Clothing!! Anyway, my dress is gorgeous! It is light lavender -- sleeveless with a jacket to go over top! It's a little longer than I would normally wear, but heck, for the wedding I think I can handle a longer dress!! I will post pictures after the wedding which is August 4th ....BTW....my son and his g/f are the ones getting married!! Hugs, Holly

OH, HOLLY, my dear...I can't wait to see pics of it. This wedding is coming up so quickly. WOW!!! How are the plans going? Are you about all set for the big day? How exciting. Isn't it great to be able to shop in second hand stores now. I know what you mean about not finding anything before WLS because they didn't carry plus sized stuff. Now we can shop anywhere. It's great. I just dropped another $60 at Kohl's in the Misses section. I even got a top from the Juniors section. Damn, I LOVE TO SHOP!!!! Can't wait to see all the wedding pics. Hugs, Tabby
