Starting weight 276
Last week 180
Monday (drum roll please) 178 !!!
I broke the 170's barrier! Only two more pounds until I hit the 100 pounds lost mark!!
Only FOUR pounds until I hit my old Weigh****cher's goal
Only 14 pounds until I hit 160 - the goal my doc set for me -- the goal I thought was virtually unattainable, impossible, preposterous!
Can you tell this is a good day for me?
