I know I did this last week, but If I don't do it in the morning, I forget until Tuesday lol.

Last week: 225
This week: 224
Lost this week 1lb. Still have 6 more to go by July 14th. No way I can lose 6 in 5 days lol, but it was certainly worth the try.

HI MOLLY....THOUGHT I WOULD POST THIS TIME...LOL
I KNOW ITS GETTING HARDER TO LOSE THE WEIGHT NOW THAT WE ARE OVER 6 MONTHS OUT. I AM FINDING THAT I AM RETAINING WATER IN THIS HEAT WE ARE HAVING HERE IN MICHIGAN....CAN'T WAIT TIL THIS HEAT WAVE MOVES OUT OF HERE!!!
HAVE YOU TRIED UPPING YOUR PROTEIN AND WATER??? THAT MIGHT HELP YOU LOSE THAT WEIGHT IN TIME....
HAVE A GOOD DAY AND HOPE TO REPORT BACK AGAIN SOON.

I have uped my protein and water. I have added a protein shake as a meal replacement for breakfast, that's 33 grams right there with my skim milk. I have also increased my water intake, and am up to about 100-120oz per day. It is very hard for me, but I have a schedule now, which helps tremendously.
I am ok with not losing it this week, as long as the scale keeps moving in the right direction Thanks for your input!

Well it was a slower week for me but I am not going to complain as I know that I have not gotten in my water like I should and it has just been to hot to exercise more than my walking of the mile or two at work. But this weeks loss was 2 pounds or down a total of 146 since surgery. I go to the doctors Friday and get on his dreaded scale. Hate his scale..Ugh. Oh well, will work harder this week on getting off the weight. Slow but sure is the way I am going .....Lots of love.....Gay

JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE THE WT. LOSS IS SLOWING DOWN, BUT AS LONG AS IT KEEPS COMING OFF I'LL BE HAPPY.
I'VE NEVER SET ANY GOALS FOR DIFFERENT PERIODS OF THIS JOURNEY W/ THE EXCEPTION OF MY MAIN GOAL WHICH IS TO REACH 150#.
I ONLY HAVE 37# LEFT TO REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT. IT SEEMS AT TIMES LIKE I'LL NEVER MAKE IT AND THEN AT OTHER TIMES I SAY TO MYSELF, OMG, ONLY 37 POUNDS LEFT.
