I WENT TO THE BEACH AND IN THE OCEAN!!!

So, it's been many, many years since I actually stepped foot on the beach. The most I would do was go sit up on the boardwalk and get my sun there, with a water sprayer bottle to cool off; while everyone went down to the beach and enjoyed themselves in the ocean. Today, I put on a bathing suit and swim shorts, with a sundress coverup, and attempted to make that long walk through the sand, that I thought would give me a coronary and I'd have to just turn around because I wouldn't be able to make it. I DID! I made the long walk down the beach; all the way to the ocean, and sat in a chair in the ocean - and loved it! Something I used to love to do - I used to just spend the whole day in the ocean! It has been well over 10 years since I did that - and I loved every minute of it!!
