The chocolate gods...
CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE, ME WANT SOME.
ACTUALLY, I USUALLY GET ON A CHOCOLATE KICK EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE, NOT THE WOMANLY MONTHLY THING, NO WOMAN PARTS LEFT, ALL REMOVED TWO YEARS AGO DUE TO ENDOMETIAL CANCER.
WHEN THAT KICK ARRIVES I REACH FOR SUGAR FREE HERSHEY'S DARK CHOCOLATE MINITURES AND SUGAR FREE PEPPERMINT PATTIES.
OH MY GOD!!!!!!!! HEAVEN, I'M IN HEAVEN !!!!!!!!
THOSE ONE OR TWO LITTLE PIECES ARE ENOUGH TO SATIFY ME NOW. BEFORE THE SURGERY IT WOULD BE A BAG OF REESES PEANUT BUTTER CUPS, A LARGE BAR OF DARK CHOCOLATE.
I'M ALSO A BIG, AND I MEAN REALLY BIG FAN OF RICE PUDDING. I FOUND NO SUGAR ADDED RICE PUDDING BY KOZY KABIN (sp) ONLY 90cal A CUP, I ADD A PACKET OF SPLENDA AND SOME CINNAMON AND HEAVEN HAS APPEARED AGAIN.
WHAT A DIFFERENCE A YEAR MAKES.

Hi aime,
I hate to say this but I'm one of those people blessed w/ not being effected with those problems. I even broke down last night at work, one of my co-workers brought in a half gallon of "real" chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and I had about half a cup. No problems w/ that either. Sorry bout that.
Does this happen for you w/ just one small piece? The ones I eat are the miniature size candies. And actually the dark chocolate is so rich I can only really eat just one. Now the no sugar added rice pudding I could eat all 4 cups in the package if I let myself, so I limit myself to one cup every other day or so.
Why don't you try really small pieces at a time, say a bite or two then work your way up to a regular miniature piece. Only a suggestion.
