Monday Morning Weigh-In
Prior to surgery: 318
At surgery: 308
Last week: 226
This week: 225
Lost this week 1lb. Still have 7 more to go by July 14th. At this point, I know I can't lose 7lbs in 2 weeks since I haven't in over 3 months now. But I am still losing, and that is the most importatn thing. I have 45 more lbs to lose to meet goal.
The last time I was at 225 was just before being pregnant with my daughter, 13 years ago
Have a great week all

Good Monday Morning Everyone
WOW....What was I doing when I posted on last weeks weigh in? I guess I'm so used to being in the 400's that the 4 is just normal for me. I will put in the correct numbers this week.

Isn't this weight loss journey wonderful. We are dropping weight still and each pound seems to be some type of milestone for us. Hard to believe we are all close to 9 months out already. Wow, where has the time gone? For me stats this week are as follows.
Surgery weight: 339
Last week: 197
This week: 193
Loss for the week: 4 pounds
Total loss: 146 pounds
At least now I am down into the 190's that I don't fear going back up into the 200's. I would love to get down to the 80's by time I go and see the doctor on the 13th. His scale is always highter than mine anyway. Why is that anyway. Oh well. Have a great day everyone........Love......Gay
It's amazing but great that we are still able to lose.
Congratulations to all of you ladies!

Monday 180
Another two pounds gone!
Next week, I hope I move on the the 170 range. It always feels so good to move on to another major (lower) decade of weight. I really only have six more pounds to go to hit my physician goal of 174. Wow!
(My personal goal is 160)
I was just reading everyone's weigh-in and you guys are doing great. I've lost a 100 lbs. since my surgery so I'm very happy about that but the last couple of weeks, I have been eating so much. I can eat so much compared to a few months back and I'm really struggling to lose more weight. I have to use my willpower now and I was just wondering how you guys feel at this point.
I know the "honeymoon" phase is over but is this normal? I'm feeling like I'm stuck and won't lose any more weight and I don't want to trigger my old addictions to food!
Wow everyone is going such a fantastic job
My numbers are a bit skewed as we were gone for two weeks and I weighed right before we left and yesterday morning.
So this is over all that time period
so Really over three weeks as I also did not weigh the week that I got back really or at least can not remember what Mondays weight was.....
Surgery 356
Last weigh in 255 (was so happy to go to CO being able to say I lost OVER 100 lbs! TEE HEE)
This week 247
Soo not a huge loss BUT I did NOT make great choices all the time (oh well) so I m just very grateful that I lost at all. I am living my life and that is what is most important to me.
Hugs to everyone.
The biggest part to me was being about to say that I am below what I weighed on my DL for YEARS! I hit that right after I got back (250). It was a great feeling (I told all of you about it )
I hope everyone has a great week!!!
Hugs,
Melissa
