NOW I KNOW WE'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE ANYTHING WHITE BUT IT'S ONLY A 4 OUNCE CUP, 90cal, 4g OF SUGAR AND 4g OF PROTEIN, I ADD A PACKET OF SPLENDA AND SOME CINNAMON, CAN YOU SAY HEAVEN?
