ONEDERLAND IS HERE !!!!

I GOT ON THE SCALE ON FRIDAY AT WORK, REMEMBER, I'M THE ORIGINAL EL CHEAPO, STILL NO SCALE IN THE HOUSE. TO MY AMAZEMENT THE SCALE SAID 198# I DIDN'T BELIEVE IT SO I GOT OFF AND THEN GOT ON AGAIN. THE SCALE STILL SAID 198. I'M AMAZED I'VE REACHED THAT NUMBER, WITH EVERYTHING THAT'S GONE ON IN THE PAST TWO MONTHS I REALLY HAVEN'T BEEN MOVED TO EXERCISE OR WATCH WHAT I'VE BEEN EATING. BUT I MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT IF THE WEIGHT IS STILL GOING ON. NEXT PHASE IS MEETING MY PERSONAL GOAL OF 150. THAT'S ONLY 48 POUNDS TO GO. WILL IT EVER GET HERE? HOPE SO. I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE FOR YOU CON'T SUPPORT AND LOVE. WITHOUT YOU WONDERFUL PEOPLE I DON'T THINK I'D BE AT THIS POINT IN MY LIFE. DONNA, SFY

Congratulations on Onderland. Isn't it great to be weighing less than 200 pounds. I made it to Onderland this week too and it almost sounds normal to say you weigh in the 100's. I finally after 34 years of marriage weigh less than my husband. My wow moment of the week. I was folding clothes yesterday and held up a pair of grey cotton knit shorts. Now I have a pair and my husband sleeps in some. I looked at them, thinking how small they looked and put them in Joe's pile. Then I grabbed the next pair of short and realized that they were his, the small looking pair was mine. I was shocked to think that I could not tell our shorts apart, that mine are actually smaller than his. A light went on in my head at that point that this is all working and things are going great. What a feeling. We will continue to lose, continue to get healthier and continue to love life. Take care.........Gay

WOO HOO I am edging in on weighing less than my hubby and I just can not wait for that day to come!! That is the way it is supposed to be...at least in my mind. Congrats, Donna! Wonderful! Can you believe how it feels to have less than 50 lbs to lose? I remember all the times I thought, 'gosh, if I had just lost the weight back when I only had 30 or 40 something to lose!' And now...here I am with 45 lbs to go! Lisa
