HAPPY 1st DAY OF SUMMER!!

MAN does this summer look better then last summer or WHAT! lol This summer the heat isn't bothering me. This summer the sun isn't bothering me ( as much lol ). This summer I get to get in the pool. This summer I get to wear a bathing suit AND not feel bad in it. This summer I get to wear shorts, AND leave the house in them. This summer I get to wear cute tank top tops AND leave the house in them. This summer I get to go on picnics. This summer I get to camp out. This summer I get to work in the yard. This summer I get to go to the water park with Joshua. This summer I get to go to the drag races. This summer I get to go on walks. This summer I get to turn DOWN the AC temp lol. This summer I will be OUTside enjoying it and not sitting in the house dreaming about it. This summer is going to R O C K !!!! Have a SUPER SUMMER!!! *huggles* Felicia =0)

Sounds like great summer plans. It just never ceases to amaze me how much this surgery changes our lives. Enjoy every moment of the summer to the fullest as it truely is a gift from God that we have all been given. Lots of love..Gay

Hi Felicia -- The heat isn't bothering me at all this summer -- as a matter of fact, my family teases me because there are some evenings when the sun goes down, I get a chill!!! My husband laughs when we go somewhere and they have A/C....I get goose bumps!!!!!! I love being able to walk with my husband every night and we don't have to stop at all for me to catch my breath!!! (We walk 5 miles every evening!).....I agree, this summer is going to R O C K!!!!!!! Hugs, Holly

I so hear you!!! I am not out in the middle of the day loving summer yet but I am sure out a heck of a lot more then I used to be. Before once the sun came up that was the sign for me to stay my butt in the house. I can remember it getting into the SEVENTY's and be melting. *HUGS* Felicia =0)

DITTO to ALL of those for me too. Funniest thing, it was in the mid 80's this past week so we had the air on (3 units in our little apartment) and I was freezing. I was watching tv with a flannel shirt on, and a blanket. I was freezing, but they were fine. Funny how that works, last year I was sweating my arse off So many wonderful things happening this year. Lost another pound yesterday, so i'm ahead for Monday already lol. Happy Summer! Molly

LOL I get cold in strange ways now. Like from my knees up I am comfy or warm and my feet are FREEZING! I have to sleep with socks on LOLOLOL. I have to admit though I am a cold weather lover so as much as I can sure take the heat better I do not like the 90's and 100's LOL. CONGRATS on losing another pound. Thats wonderful!!! Felicia =0)

Hey Felicia!! Sounds like you are going to have a FABULOUS summer!!! My favorite part is ENJOYING going outside. It's so nice and warm out there and inside the house it's FREEZING!!! lol We had to come to a compromise on the AC temp. I wanted it at 80, they wanted it at 70, so it's at 75. They are cool enough and I stay covered up! LOL Susan

I am handling the heat great but not the sun so much. I seem to have become a touch Sun intolerant over the years of not being out in it lol. So having to work my way up to more time out there "in it" lolol. *huggles* Felicia =0)
