YOU'RE DOING A GREAT JOB. I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT GETTING IN THE FLUIDS. SOME DAYS I CAN DRINK AND DRINK AND DRINK. OTHER DAYS IT'S A STRUGGLE TO GET JUST 16ozs IN. I DO MUCH BETTER W/ THE FLUIDS AT WORK THAN AT HOME. GO FIGURE!
WHEN YOU SANCK, AND WE ALL SNACK AT TIMES WHY NOT TRY SUGAR FREE JELLO OR SUGAR FREE PUDING, W/ THE PUDING YOU CAN ADD SOME EXTRA PROTEIN TO THAT. IF I SNACK AT NIGHT I HAVE ABOUT 5-6 SMALL CORN TOSTIDOS W/ 2% EXTRA SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE AND SOME SALSA, I EAT THEM EITHER COLD OR HEATED IN THE MICROWAVE, DELISH !!!!!! AND IT SATISFYS THAT HUNGER AT THAT TIME OF NIGHT. OR I'LL EAT 1-2 PIECES OF DELI LOW SODIUM HAM, TURKEY OR ROAST BEEF W/ LOW SODIUM/LOW FAT SWISS CHEESE. IF I'M CRAVING SOMETHING SWEET, I BOUGHT 2 SMALL BAGS OF SUGAR FREE DARK CHOCOLATE AND YORK PEPPERMINT PATTIES, SMALL PIECES AND ONE DOES THE TRICK.

My downfall right now, is..... popcorn (hides face) I love popcorn, and I want it almost every night. I am trying to cut it back to every other night, to ween myself back off of it. Unfortunately, a friend from my support group started and shared some popcorn with me a few months back. I should have said no.
I love sugarfree popsicles, and the sugar free pudding. I haven't done the nachos yet, afraid i'll react like the popcorn lol. I can eat just about everything I try, and that scares me. Gotta get my butt in gear and crack down again

I will happy pass the Presidency of the OPC club along to you. I was the president for a long time. Or at least it felt that way. You won't be there long. Easy to say but kick that popcorn habit. I am the queen of chips and I fight with myself every day so that I won't eat them! It is so hard.

I want to be 169 or 170 by Thursday. That is when I arrive in New Brunswick for my vacation. I will have to shave my legs, get a hair cut, pluck some eyebrows and trim the nails. Don't think that will be enough but maybe I should git it a go, lol

Like Donna I can taste ONDERLAND. I want it so bad. But this week for the first time in my 34 years of marriage, I finally weigh less than my husband. I was so excited and for some reason this week people are really starting to notice the weight loss in me. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I just bought some pants that fit me. Still spending so much time hiding in the big baggie clothes. Well, have a good week all. Love Gay
