At surgery: 308
Last Week: 228
This Week: 227
Next Goal: to hit my 100lb mark on July 14th for family reunion. That's only 9 more pounds to go
Can someone pass me the torch for the President of the OPC? I need to kick it up a notch. My downfall is snacking at night. I have to do something to change that. I have been struggling to get all my fluids in. I have been more aware of it these past few weeks. I am getting between 64oz and 120oz each day. I strive for 120, but sometimes I just can't make it. I need to increase my protein as well. It's hard to get in protein in the food because I don't feel I'm getting enough with what little I eat. I am thinking of adding in protein drinks as a meal replacement a few days this week. See how that goes. Good Luck and Have a great week all!

Awesome job Molly!!! Keep up the good work. I know what you mean about the night time snacking. It's been my "problem" as well. I just keep hoping that if I make "good choices" at night, it will be okay.

Total lost: 105 pounds!!
Still need to lose 4 pounds to meet my next personal milestone. I weighed 145 when we moved to TX back in 1995. My goal is to be at or below 145 when I leave here. Hopefully in a couple weeks I'll be there! Then, I just need to sell the house so I can leave TX!! lol Wish me luck girls!!
