You *HAVE* to try this!!!!
I have been addicted to Starbucks Non-Fat, Sugar Free Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte's. ADDICTED!!! If I can't get that, I have been going to Sheetz's and getting a Sugar Free Vanilla Caramel Iced Latte made with skim milk. I looked the nutritional info of the Sheetz drink up online and was NOT pleased at all. I was telling my co-worker how what I used to spend on a McDonald's Value Meal on my way to work I am now spending on a coffee drink. He said I should buy an expresso machine and make my own. I said if I had one I could make them and add protein powder.
ANYWAYS....this is what I tried the other day and OMG is it good.
I took 1/2 cup hot tap water and mixed in a tablespoon of Folger's Instant coffee. In my Bullet I poured 8 oz of Skim Milk, a scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder and an ounce or two of DaVinci Sugar Free Syrup (I used my Starbucks SF Cinnamon Dolce Syrup once and then I did DaVinci SF Caramel and SF Vanilla mixed) Blend these and then add in the 1/2 cup of coffee. Blend this and pour it over ice. MMMMMMMMM!!!!
This makes such a good coffee treat that I have had two of them today. This will be my new breakfast treat. Like a Mocha Latte with a protein kick. I have been bad at getting in my protein lately and this is just the thing I needed to get me back on track. I did this yesterday and drank water all day and cut out the snacks and carbs and lost two pounds when I got on the scale today.
Try and let me know what you think.

You know, as I sipped my SF Starbucks Iced Caramel Macchiato tonight on my ride home, I thought, humm... I have to start making these at home! My mom makes espresso for my dad all the time and I just bought a big huge bottle of SF Davinci caramel! I have to buy the cinnamon, too, because I too am addicted to the Dolce's!
Last week, I picked up one at Starbucks, came home, whisked in a scoop of AnyWhey so I knew I was getting in some protein!!
OMG so going to have to try that. Being out here in CO and my Dad LOVE LOVE LOVEs to go to Starbucks. SO going to have to get him to try this too. He is on a health kick getting ready for their cruise to Alaska and SF is the rule. This will keep him away from his light mocha frappacino ... maybe after all he is my Dad lets be real. Love him but I def got my sweet tooth from him.
You rock girl....keep the recipes for yummy fake outs coming!!!!!!

Hey there
In Canada, 2 of those Dolce coffee (which are amazingly delicious) cost just under
11 bucks! I had heard so much about them on different boards that I had to try them. It could definatley be addicting but at that price I would have to get another job, LOL
I am heading to the states (Maine) at the end of this month and I was hoping to pick up some of the SF syrups. Are they only available at Starbucks or are they available in other locations? And are there any other SF Syrups or products you would reccommend picking up?
Thanks Tara
They are pricey!!! I like the Starbucks SF Cinnamon Dolce Syrup. I think I got it a a local Starbucks for $5-$6 and that included the pump. I also love the Davinci SF Syrups. I have Chocolate, Caramel, Vanilla, LOVE the Amaretto, I have Chai, Raspberry, Cherry, Khalua, Irish Cream, Butter Toffee, English Toffee. My sister likes the White Chocolate, but I haven't found it yet. Another brand it Torani. You can do a search online for them. I bought some online at http://www.netrition.com/davinci_syrups_page.html this is where the shipping in the US was the cheapest. It can be heavy if you buy several bottles. I get a lot of mine at stores around here called TJ MAXX and Marshall's.
Hope you can find something.

YUM-O!!! My addiction is Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla Decaf, Iced coffee, with 3 cream and 3 splenda. OMG!!!!! At just $2.15, my hubby says he'd rather spend that money 3 times a day then have me smoking a pack a day lol.
I love it because it's a 24oz drink and it helps me so much to get my liquids in during the day. Otherwise, I struggle. DELISH!!!!!
(yes I am addicted to Rachel Ray too! Got EVOO??) LOL
