My recent WOW moments!
First off I went shopping last Thursday for some clothes to wear to my neices graduation...she is going into high school next year. I went to Fashion Bug which I love by the way!!!! Never once did I have to go to the BIG WOMAN's PLUS side That was really strange because for some reason I always head over there when I go. I found soooo many Misses sizes that fit and had no problem with anything that I tried on. I bought 2 pairs of Capri's that were size 14's and probably could have gotten a size 12. The first wow was that the pants was the ones with the short zipper and low waistband. This was the first time I was able to wear those types of pants. And to make things funnier my granny undies was hanging out of the tops of the waist band!!! I thought lol we have got to do something about that!!!! I had to go over to Kmart and get me a pair of sandles while there I saw a pair of XL thongs that someone had laid down on top of one of the rack...they were only .99 so I thought what the hell!!! I came home and got ready to go to the graduation and tried on the thongs and OMG they fit!!! I had never dreamed of wear such a thing and here I had on a pair I just could not believe it!!!
OK and now for my second WOW moment of this past weekend. My husband gets free tickets to Busch Gardens almost every year. Last year was the worst time for me because it was a wake up call as to how big my butt really had gotten. I COULD NOT FIT MYSELF IN THE ROLLER COASTER SEATS very good. On one of the rides I thought they were going to tell me I was too fat to ride because my butt was barely in the seat and the harness that comes down over your shoulders they had to pu**** down themselves to get it to click down far enough so that they could start the ride. It was really embarassing to say the least!!! None of the kids went with us it was just me and my husband this year. Of course he doesn't do roller coasters of any sort!!! And would probably would have trouble fitting in the seats himself. I told him before we got there that I had to try at least 1 roller coaster to see if my butt fit better than last year. He really didn't want me to ride them much because he was afraid of my back problems getting flared up again. We got to the Loch Ness Monster coaster and he said go for it!!! You are not going to be happy until you do! Well, I got in line and got in the seat like nothing and I rode that bad boy just like I did years and years ago Then a really big shocker for me was when I got off the ride I walked past were they have your picture posted on a screen so you can buy it. I found the one of me and had to really look at it good to make sure it was me lol, my face was soooo skinny and the veins and liters (sp?) was popping out all on my neck by the way I had my mouth opened....it was kinda gross looking but it was a new me...a skinner me and that made me feel good in side.
We walked the park about 3 times and I dranked water all day long. When we got back to our hotel I made sure they had a working swimming pool then we went to Walmart right up the road and got bathing suits. I hadn't had a bathsuit or had one on for about 13 years!!!! I will have to post a picture of me in it sometime soon. It was another WOW moment for me!!! I went swimming for about an hour and a half then went back to the room and took a shower and slept like a baby! The next morning we got up and went to the Williamsburg Pottery and walked for many more hours until we needed to head back home. Oh, another WOW moment was when we went to one of the Outlet Malls and found a BIG DOG store. All of my shirts that I have here at home are XXL or XXXL...I have been using them for nightshirts I found a rack of reduced stuff and walked out of there with L's this time and never tried them on. I got home and tried them on and they fit!!!!!
I have just been blown away with all of the changes that are taking place! I weighed on the scales this morning and had almost lost 3 lbs over the weekend A few more ounces and I will be -90 lbs!!!! So I guess it won't be too long before I will be -100 I can't wait!!!

LISA....WOW...WOOWW...WWOOOOWWW!!!! So many wow moments in such a short time. How wonderful. Busch Garden's sounds like a blast. To run around and ride roller coasters like a kid again...that's just awesome. Congrats on the clothing wow moments, too. A thong???? How did you like it? I love Fashion Bug, too. I just went shopping there this weekend and got 8 tops. I still went to the Plus Sizes section because I like how the 14/16 tops fit me better from there, than the size XL in the misses...they make the new styles too form fitting for my extra skin and rolls. URGH!!! I did get a couple of tops from the Plus side, but 6 of them came from the misses side.
That is cool that the size L t-shirts fit you. I bought a size L t-shirt at Joe's Crab Shack last week and it fit me, too. Gotta love it. NO longer have to worry about not being able to buy something because they don't have your size. GREAT!!!
Good luck ont reaching that century club mark. You'll be there before you know it. Make a couple more trips to the amusement park and that'll do her. Hee Hee.
Hugs sweetie,
