JUST POPPIN IN

HELLO MY FRIENDS, THOUGHT I'D POP IN AND SAY HELLO. I HAVEN'T BEEN ON BOARD FOR QUITE AWHILE AND FIGURED IT WAS TIME TO GET BACK TO NORMAL. (I'LL NEVER BE NORMAL) IT'S BEEN A REAL ROCKY THREE WEEKS SINCE MOM PASSED AWAY. DEALING W/ EMOTIONS, PAPER WORK, MOM'S MEMORIAL SERVICE, etc . . . SO I THOUGHT THIS MORNING, ENOUGH, GET BACK TO THE BOARD AND SAY HELLO TO EVERYONE AND SEE WHAT'S BEEN GOING ON. SO HOW HAS EVERYONE BEEN DOING? DID YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT MEMORIAL DAY? MY MEMORIAL DAY? I WAS OFF AND GOT CALLED INTO WORK, WE DELIVERED TWO SETS OF TWINS, ONE SET WAS 38wks AND BOTH WEIGHED AROUND SIX POUNDS. THE OTHER SET WAS ONLY 24, ALMOST 25 WEEKS AND EACH WEIGHED AROUND 1.5lbs. BOTH NEEDED ALOT OF WORK, INTUBATED, IV'S STARTED THEN INTO THE NICU. AS OF LAST NIGHT THEY WERE BOTH HOLDING THEIR OWN. BOTH SETS WERE BOYS. THE LITTLE ONES WERE SO CUTE, ONE INCH FEET AND HANDS, HEADS ABOUT TEN INCHES IN DIAMETER. VERY CHALLENGING BUT SO REWARDING. I LOVE WHAT I DO. FELICIA, IS THE CHIN STILL UP? SUSAN TERRY, HAVE YOU MOVED TO VIRGINA YET? PATTY STAUS, HOW WAS THE WEDDING AND HONEYMOON? DID YOU SEND US ANY PICTURES? HOPE EVERYONE IS STILL HANGING IN THERE W/ THE WEIGHT LOSS PLANS, I HAVEN'T DONE TO GOOD, DOWN TO 208 FROM 313 BUT W/ EVERYTHING THAT'S GONE ON IN THE LAST THREE WEEKS HAVEN'T HAD THE BEST EATING, DRINKING AND EXERCISE HABITS. HAVE TO GET BACK ON TRACT AND GET MOTIVATED AGAIN. WELL, I'VE GONE ON LONG ENOUGH, GLAD TO BE BACK AND WILL TALK W/ YOU ALL ANOTHER TIME. DONNA, SFY

Donna, I am so glad you are doing better. You are so a gentle heart. Hearing you talk about all the babies makes me smile to know that there are people out there like you that really do care. You must make all the mothers that much more at ease about what they are facing. Bless your heart. You are still doing great on your weight loss. Over 100 is amazing! Hope you had a great weekend. Hi Donna!! I've been thinking about you lots lately and wondering how you are doing. Glad to see you are doing okay. The babies sound so precious! What a great job you have!! As for VA, I haven't moved yet. The house goes on the market on Saturday and will hopefully sell quickly. Once it sells, I'll be stopping thru TN and AL to see my parents and in-laws and to pick up my 13 year old to go to VA with me and the oldest son to go house hunting. OH...just so you know, we are also including a section of NC in our house hunt. The Elizabeth City area is close to the base he'll be stationed at and the prices are good down there. Plus, we like the idea of being in a more rural area. We like being near a city, but not necessarily IN one, ya know? Take care and come back often!!! I've been missing you! Susan

Hi, Donna. Welcome back. Good to "see" you again. I had a great Memorial Day. We went to a parade and then had a picnic at our house. It was a beautiful day with gorgeous weather. Hugs, Tabby
