Tiny! ??

This is too weird. I have not been keeping up with downsizing my clothes along with my weight. I've been wearing kind of baggy clothes and lots of blazers.... Not really in touch with the changes in my body. My co-workers hijacked me and made me wear some of their cast offs - without letting me see the sizes. Today I am wearing a size (drum roll please) FOURTEEN dress. As I walked down the halls of my hospital, a guy I only know professionally stopped me and told me that I was looking great. And, my significant other gave me a hug, said he was proud of me - and told me that I was getting "tiny!"

It is amazing how much better we look in the proper fitting clothes. Way to go! Tara

Thanks Susan. I've been "shopping" in my own closet. Fitting into things that I wouldn't have dreamed I could wear. Funny how my mind has not caught up with my body in terms of size! Glad to hear you have an extra week to spend with your children and get your house ready. Talk about some stress in your life! Enjoy your time with them. They grow up so fast. My "baby" is 17 and 6'6"!!

Fantastic! Your coworkers sound like they are very excited for the changes you are making in your life! Way to go! Before you know it that size 14 dress will be too big. I went "shopping" last night in some bags of clothes from friends. I had put them away estimating it would be about August before I could fit into them. A coworker had slid me a pair of size 16 jeans (that had shrunk) that fit so perfectly that I thought I should try the "end of summer" bag just to see. About 1/2 the items in the bag (all larges and size 14's - with a couple 16's) fit. The most amazing find was a size 12/14 mini skirt....YES, a mini skirt. It fit!
