Just how much.
i have been cutting back on gymming. i used to go six times a week. experiencing heart and left side pains and have set up an appointment for an ecg on monday.
so gym-wise, in the meantime, i do the two aqua exercise classes, one or two dancer-xise classes and some walking on the treadmill. nothing too hectic.
i dont do rowing, nor the elliptical, nor weights, as i get palpitations afterwards.
i have lost 102 pounds and currently weigh 255.
