Exersize do we need to be getting for weight loss. And also what kind are you all doing? My mind needs to know and my buns do too Thanks Everyone. Lesley

I don't have an answer for you but I do know I should be doing more then I am now, which is none lol. Just waiting for Pool Weather... I'm sure someone will have an answer for you though. Felicia=0)

i have been cutting back on gymming. i used to go six times a week. experiencing heart and left side pains and have set up an appointment for an ecg on monday. so gym-wise, in the meantime, i do the two aqua exercise classes, one or two dancer-xise classes and some walking on the treadmill. nothing too hectic. i dont do rowing, nor the elliptical, nor weights, as i get palpitations afterwards. i have lost 102 pounds and currently weigh 255. maybe this link will be of help (there are diff combinations): http://www.health24.com/fitness/Programmes/16-1347-2348-2106-2405-2109.asp
