I have been feeling a little discouraged after reading all your posts about how much you have all lost at this point out. I am down 73 lbs and I feel great. My WOW moment? I was at the gym the other day and thought " I can speed this treadmill up a little bit". Before you know it I was running. RUNNING!!!! 4.8 mph - granted I only lasted two minutes @ that speed but I did it. Hopefully next time I will go a bit longer. I'm even walking TO the gym now. Would have never even fathomed the idea before.

Way to go, Lisa. That is so awesome. You should be so proud of yourself. That is how I started out running on the treadmill. Just two minutes the first time, then I kept pushing myself another minute each time. Then I ran for 10 minutes and couldn't believe it when I was done. Baby steps. You are doing great. Keep up the great work and Kudos on walking TO the gym, too. Hugs, Tabby

Running? RUNNING? Wow, wow, wow! That is fabulous! And by the way, 73 pounds is pretty magnificent! I get a bit discouraged too when I read that people have already reached goal, or have lost far more than me. Still, it took me about 40 years to put this on, and my hips and thighs have decided that they are going to hold out until the LAST possible minute to release their fat... and I just have to wait it out. I'm just going to be tougher then they are! I'm 53, and my metabolism is just the way it is. I'm going to bump up the speed at the gym next time and see if I can RUN for a while. Wow. You must feel great about that! Congratulations.

Running is a big WOW moment for sure!!! I wouldn't dream of running for fear of loose flabby parts slapping people in the head, if they were too close to me. WAY TO GO!!!! Tara
