Doc Appointment update..
Well,
The Doc said that it is certainly an ulcer. He told me to take Priloseck(sp??).. (Amy K was right!!) for a month and see if that helps. If I am still throwing up then he will go in and do another dialation. But he thinks that my tummy is swollen cuz of the ulcer and that it is making me throw up. I told him that I still have trouble with meat. I said to him if I knew this surgery was going to make me a Vegetarian I would ate alot more meat before surgery.. lol.. Gosh, I am such a meat eater, it is so hard not to eat it.. Anyways.. We will see how the next few weeks go. but if I am still throwing up after 2 weeks I am going to go back in, not wait for the month..
Anyways,
Thanks for your support!
Luvs and Hugs!

Well I hope you feel better soon. I know there is a lady in my support group that had the same problem and she just takes prilosec from now on for the ulcer she has. My Dr had us take it for a couple of months before and after surgery. Its very common to get ulcers at the connection sites from the surgery. Well get better. Let me know how you are doin. I hear D-land calling our names.....
Love Ya,
Amy
Hay Tif.. sorry to hear about the ulcer.. like Amy said , we started taking Prilosec pre op..and honestly, I still take one a day now..Dr Suh said there was no harm in continuning to take it..and I want to do anything I can to protect my stomach.. I think she is so cute.. a little bug in the rug of life..okay, I was in Newport all day today.. took Chuy & Angel shell hunting.. and maybe got a little too much sun LOL But I am hoping you take care and feel better.
