7 months today....

Today I am 7 months out from surgery. So much has changed with my life and my health that the only thing I regret is not doing it sooner. I have lost 87lbs so far and still have more to go. What a great feeling it is to be able to "live" again. I bought a new bike last weekend. I haven't riden a bike in over 15 years. It feels so good to be able to go out and not get tired and just enjoy the weather. Thank you to everyone on this board for your support and wisdom. Not often does it go unnoticed, but it does go unmentioned. Thank you for your friendships. Here's to the next 5 months Molly
