My weight loss really slowed for two months, going up and down the same two pounds. I was at about 800 calories, 70-80 grams protein. I upped that to 1000-1100 calories, 100 grams of protein, and the scale has really started moving. I've been so scared of gaining weight that I didn't want to increase calories, especially since I wasn't hungry. But I tried it, and it worked!
