Keeping on the Wagon (sorta) - Tuesday
Ok, so, the plans are out the window and I am in survival mode for the week. There is too much to do and I am not even staying in the same spot two nights in a row, forget trying to plan. Here is my survival mode tactics for the week.
Desk is stocked with CIB (no sugar added) - however, I am out of milk, so that doesn't help all that much, unless I buy milk at lunch?
I have a few q-smart bars and protein bars in the drawer as well. And in the fridge here at work I have some pudding, yogurt and cheese.
I have 1 lean cuisine on hand (for lunch) and a few more at the boys place which I will bring in to work tomorrow to get me through the rest of the week.
I am not so worried about my "high end" protein goal of 80g and will concentrate on getting the minimum of 60g in to me.
Fluids, I'll keep pouring them in as much as possible, knowing I will probably lag behind this week.
Excercise - I think running around like a chicken w/out a head counts...at least I'm hoping it does.
