As if Clarke's grandmother passing away last week wasn't bad enough, and my mothers best friend (who was like a dear aunt to me) passing away the week before. My uncle died this morning, suddenly. 5 days before the wedding. Now what?

Oh Patti-- I'll be thinking of you! Getting married is stressful enough without having death(s) in the family! Hugs, Holly

OH Patti...My heart goes out to you. I'm so sorry about your losses. I know how hard this is at a time like this. My husbands grandfather died two days before our wedding. We got married on a Saturday and they viewed him on Sunday and Monday and buried him on Tues. Because of this, we had to postpone our honeymoon a week...which was kind of bad because we were at one of the Disney resorts, but couldn't get in there the following week, so our travel agent booked us in a FAMILY RESORT for our HONEYMOON!!! Kids running all over the place and jumping in the jacuzzi on our honeymoon. Not a great choice by our travel agent. But I didn't complain any because Dave had just lost his grandfather. It was tough. All of the pictures of Dave's Grandmother looked like she was out of it, and she basically was. This weekend she lost her son (Dave's uncle) and to see her in that same condition was very sad. I can't imagine losing your spouse and surviving two of your children (she lost a daughter at like 12 to Leukemia). Death sucks, no matter when it happens. I hope that you can still celebrate your new life with Clarke. You will definately be in my thoughts and prayers this weekend. Hugs, Tabby
