Keeping on the Wagon - Wednesday
With the exception of falling behind on my fluids - yesterday was a good day.
My plan for today:
B: Pro-complex w/ skim milk (no brainer breakfast choice) (30g)
L: Lean Cuisine - 3 cheese chicken w/ veggies (21g - thanks to the low fat cheese sauce!)
D: Chicken catchetore (if there is any left when I get home that is) 20g...if The Boy has finished it off, I'll cook up a tilapia filet (20g)
No snacks planned - but my stomach may start growling at some point (I hate that I get hungry now)...I have a few options on hand...a Q-smart bar, light string cheese, yogurt....I'll choose from one of those if needed. (pray that it's not a salt craving that hits, as I have nothing on hand to deal with one of those).
Fluids: I'm pushing extra today...I want to hit 90-100, I was behind yesterday and I don't want the scale to slow down.
Excercise: walking at lunch time. I'm done with the gym until after the wedding, I need the extra time to get things done.
Great plan for the day Patti!! Good luck with getting the water in. That is always the hardest thing for me to do. I've only gotten 32 oz in so far (we were gone from home most of the day) and It's almost 7:30. I've gotta start drinking as soon as it's been enough time since dinner. I'll probably be up all night going potty, but oh well!!
Just had to post my excitement - I finally lost a pound.....I now weigh 163 - what I weighed when I had my first child. Haven't seen this weight in a long time. The lowest I've been since having #4 is 156, so that is my next goal. Wish me luck!!
