Keeping on the Wagon - Tuesday
T-11 days and counting!!!
Yesterday I went out to dinner with a gal-friend (followed by shopping..yay)...we went to Fridays and I was a tiny bit bad (thought not really) and strayed from my normal order of shrimp Key West..I got the pecan crusted chicken salad..(ok, so I was bad)....I had not ordered a salad, or eaten more than a bite or 2 of one since surgery. That thing was so good. The waiter brought me a take out container with my order (I had asked him to). I put 3/4 of the meat in the container then filled it to the top with the salad. There was still about 1-2 cups of salad in the bowl! I muched on the remaining chicken and some of the salad (and there were still leftovers that the waiter had to take away) and took the container home. Now I'm sitting here just waiting until it's time to eat the portion I brought to work today (about 1/4 of the container I took home with me).
I have a dress fitting at lunch time today so I will eat lunch early (at my desk) before I go. To balance it out, I'm planning on combining my afternoon snack and my pre-workout snack into dinner (eaten late afternoon - also at my desk) and then just having a piece of cheese, if anything when I get home late tonight.
Today's plan:
B: pro-complex and skim milk. (30g)
S/L: (eaten early between my normal snack time and normal lunch time): pecan crusted chicken salad. (20g)
S/D: Chicken catchetorre (still can't spell it) - chicken w/ tons of veggies and tomatoes and light cheese. (20g)
S: 1 light string cheese (9g)
Water - as much as I can possibly get in through the course of the day - planning on shooting for my 80oz goal.
Excercise - It's water aerobics night - most likely my last until after the wedding as I'm running out of time to get things done.
