Monday mornig weigh in...
Okay....time for my numbers...
Pre-surgery: 254
Last week: 164
Today: 164
Loss: ZERO pounds.....but my waist is down 1/2 inch!!!!
So, I guess I'm back to losing inches again. As long as it goes, I'm a happy girl. The 12 jeans I bought a couple weeks ago are already starting to get loose. The legs were tight, now they are really loose! I'm thinking another week or 2 and I can go get 10s!!! MERCY!!!!!

Monday mornig weigh in...
Start weight 266
Last week 177
This week 175
2 pounds loss this week. I'm actually at the same place I was two weeks ago...last week I gained 2. My NUT says that my weight loss is stabilizing and she thinks I should stop losing at this point or at least slow to a stopping point and the rest will come off with plastics.
Total loss 91
Goal weight 165
loss to go...12 pounds.
Next Goal : Get enough courage to call the plastic surgeon and set up a consult.
This weekend's WOW moment: My nephew (who hadn't seen me in months) told his mom, "You should see Annette - she's a stick!" I've never been a stick before. I think I like it.

I AM SO FRUSTRATED, DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING WRONG.
STARTING WEIGHT: 313
PERSONAL GOAL WEIGHT : 150 DON'T KNOW IF I'LL EVER MAKE IT.
LAST WEEK: 221
THIS WEEK: 221
NO WEIGHT LOST FROM LAST WEEK.
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST SINCE JOURNEY BEGAN: 92 POUNDS.
HAVEN'T HAD MY SIX MONTH FOLLOW UP W/ SURGEON SINCE HE SAID "NEXT TIME I SEE YOU I WANT YOU TO WEIGH 200" SO, I'M NOT SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT TILL I REACH 200# , SO THERE
DONNA, SFY
LOL Donna. You crack me up about not scheduling till you hit 200. Go for it. I know you can do it!!!
Helpful hint: When I hit my stall, I upped my protein and water and the weight started coming off again. This week, even though I didn't lose any weight, I've lost a half inch off my waist. Have you measured? Maybe you are losing inches this week. Remember, we usually lose one or the other, not both at the same time. Keep your chin up. Call me if you need some extra encouragement!!
Hugs,
Susan
LOL, I feel the same way about my 6 month. Luckily my 6month surgiversary falls next week - the week before my wedding. I told them there was no way I was making the 2.5 hour drive to Baltimore that week, so it's been pushed 2 weeks further out until the day I get back from my honeymoon. By then I KNOW KNOW KNOW, I will be in onederland (unless I totally blow it on the honeymoon).
I know when I got stuck in stallsville I kicked it by radically changing the way I ate. I only had to follow it for a few weeks and was able to make some adjustments and the weight kept falling off still.
I ate backwards for a few weeks ...by that I mean I ate dinner type food first thing in the day, meat and veggies only - no starch, my goal was to get in as much protein as I could before 3pm. I also upped my total intake of protein (from 60 to 80 grams) and upped my total fluid intake from 60ish oz to at least 80oz. I found if I did this by 7pm or so, I had reached all my goals for the day and did not feel the need to snack just because I needed more protein. Dinner was usually eaten about 5pm or so and was just a light string cheese stick.
I did this for a bit and have since modified it. I still attempt to get the bulk of my protein in before I leave work, however, I usually have a shake for breakfast and then my "main meal" at lunch. At night, I keep it light, but do actually eat (usually chicken or fish and some veggies).
I still keep my carbs fairly low and I eat them only in the morning or for lunch and ALWAYS with protein (never alone). My carb choices tend to be whole grain as much as possible.
Anyway - these are the few things that seem to work for me, don't know if they would hel*****t.
